Dr. Natalie Fox, DC, ACC II, FDN
Dr. Fox earned her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2010. Dr. Fox has also attained her 200 hour Acupuncture certification (ACC Level II) through Acupuncture Canada and her Functional Dry Needling Certification.
Dr. Fox utilizes evidence-based guidelines to assess and personalize treatment plans to her patients. She focuses on identifying and understanding the root cause of her patients' complaints. Dr. Fox uses a diverse range of treatment techniques including chiropractic adjustments and mobilizations, acupuncture and functional dry needling, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitative exercises and patient education.
Dr. Fox is an active, health oriented individual that truly values the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle. She has a genuine passion for utilizing her knowledge of chiropractic care in conjunction with her knowledge of the other pillars of health to optimize her patients' well-being.

Carli Ousdal, RMT
Carli graduated from Mount Royal University in 2007 as a RMT. Beyond her massage career, she has diverse experience working as a personal trainer, physio and occupational therapy assistant in acute care and coaching individuals with developmental disabilities.
With a high regard for individualized treatment, she will work with your goals and include a blend of techniques. Carli has found benefit in a focused massage with trigger point work, movement, myofascial release and cupping. She loves to get people moving by incorporating stretches and coaching you through functional exercises.
In her down time, you will find Carli on the side of a mountain with her two active boys, at the golf course in the summer months and dreaming about her next adventure abroad!
Shantelle Mercier, RMT

Shantelle is a Registered Massage Therapist, Clinical Exercise Physiologist, and High-Performance Specialist. She has spent over 16 years helping individuals reach their peak
physical potential, recover from injury and maintain a high quality of life. Shantelle spent a large
portion of her career working with the Canadian Armed Forces where she provided personalized
active rehab programs for injured and ill military personnel. Through this experience she
became passionate about providing proactive individualized treatments and understands the
importance of maintaining function, mobility, and strength to be able to live a pain free and
active lifestyle. ​
Shantelle enjoys working with all ages and abilities specializing in therapeutic and sports
massage. She has found great success in her practice by combining myofascial release,
dynamic & static cupping, deep tissue mobilization, trigger point and active release techniques
to quickly alleviate tension and restrictions within the soft tissues.
When not in the clinic, she spends most of her time with her family outdoors mountain biking,
hiking, and snowboarding.
Kate Deakins, RMT
Kate is an Aussie residing here in Cochrane!
After working for 10+ years in administration, Kate decided on a career change after completing a relaxation massage course in 2015. Kate decided to pursue massage therapy because she quickly realized the health benefits it provided to her clients and had a passion to help them with their overall well-being.
Kate completed her 3000 hr Advanced Clinical of Massage Therapy Diploma at Makami college in Calgary. Kate is certified in manual Lymphatic Drainage Level 1
Kate’s massage style is based off relaxation with a therapeutic twist. She has found great success with using a combination of her techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, TMJ massage, myofascial release & cupping, and PNF & Static stretching to alleviate pain, tension and stress in her clients'.
In Kate’s spare time she loves reading and going on adventures with her husband & dog!

Dr. Roger Menta's journey as a chiropractor and elite athlete has shaped his approach to helping others achieve peak performance and recovery goals. Starting his athletic career in baseball and soccer, he found his true passion in endurance sports, specifically the Ironman. After eight years of relentless training and competition, he achieved his dream of qualifying for the prestigious Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. This personal experience fuels his dedication to treating athletes and active individuals of all levels, from training and performance enhancement to rehabilitation and recovery techniques.
Dr. Menta graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College with the Distinction of Clinic Honours and furthered his expertise with a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Sport Sciences. He also holds a Kinesiology degree from the University of Calgary, is a Certified Clinical Acupuncture provider, and serves as an Instructor for Functional Range Systems (FRS).
Over the past decade, Dr. Menta has developed a deep understanding that the human body is dynamic and ever-changing. This underscores the importance of an individualized approach for both human optimization and injury recovery. He believes that an accurate diagnosis, resulting from a thorough assessment, is paramount. Once the area of concern is identified, optimized therapeutic interventions such as soft tissue work, dry needling, and joint manipulation can be applied to create meaningful change. Movement optimization is often the catalyst for improving function and ultimately decreasing pain.
In addition to his chiropractic practice, Dr. Menta teaches group KINSTRETCH and Internal Strength classes for individuals looking to improve strength and mobility. When he is not training or treating patients, he is constantly learning and reading to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and research.
